SHIPPING INFORMATION (Canada)

We offer free regular Canada Post Shipping on purchases of $100 or more before applicable taxes across Canada.

All orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days depending on stock and availability.

My package has not arrived by the expected date?

Use the Track tool from Canada Post to see its status. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

My order arrived damaged/broken. What can I do?

If you receive a damaged package in the mail, please email a photo of the damaged item and package to orders@iconhair.ca.

You may be eligible to receive compensation for the insured value of the package and the cost of postage from Canada Post.

Save the box and packing materials from the damaged shipment so we are able to file for a damage claim with Canada Post. 

My package is lost, what can I do?

If your package has been lost or stolen it is important that you submit a ticket with Canada Post first in order for us to ensure that it can be resolved.

Once you have submitted the ticket please email us at orders@iconhair.ca with the reference number provided. We will then follow up with Canada Post. Please note this process usually takes 10-12 business days for a resolution. 

Title to the products in your order is transferred from Icon to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Icon to you when your order is delivered to you. Icon Hair & Body is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
